As the only studio on Martha's Vineyard to offer Bikram's Hot Yoga, Vineyard Yoga is the island's newest and largest yoga facility. Our space is warm, bright, and tranquil with a 1,000 square ft. studio, bamboo floors, and changing rooms with showers. Also offered at Vineyard Yoga are several other forms of yoga practice including Anusara, Kripalu, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. Beginners are welcome to all classes and no pre-registration is required. Please see our website or call for a current class schedule or to arrange a private yoga class.

Vineyard Yoga also offers Therapeutic Massage. Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities that include Swedish style, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Icy/Hot, and Pregnancy massage. We also offer a variety of energy based therapies which include Zen Shiatsu, Acupressure, Tsubo, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. Any and all of these techniques can be combined and integrated to provide you with the most unique and customized approach to health and healing. Our Licensed Master Aesthetician offers a number of organic treatments that include facials, herbal and detoxifying wraps, as well as salt glows and scrubs. A full range of organic biodynamic products are also available.
